After designing the Del Mar chair, the very first chair I ever made I had a season of obsession with building chairs. I came across the Welsh stick chair when i was making my first Windsor chair. With a similar construction method the Welsh Stick chair has a beautiful utilitarian design which I feel gives it a modern feel.
